Well I scanned the barcode and downloaded the app on the premise of £10 reward voucher for buying via the app. Loaded items in my basket for over the £50 minimum spend requirement and nothing. No voucher showing anywhere. beware as this might be a scam!

Parcel just left on doorstep.
Hello I've noticed talking with others and by my own experience that delivery drivers are now just leaving parcels on people's doorstep even when they are without any front garden. Do these companies have a minimum duty to make sure that peoples deliveries are safely delivered?

Vinted query - print at home Royal Mail?
Hi, I've just sold my first ever item on Vinted. The buyer has chosen Royal Mail, but I can only seem to get a QR code to scan in the shop. I hate these as have had no end of issues with them. When selling RM via ebay, I prefer to print the label at home and book a free RM collection. Is there any way that I can get a…

Existing eBay listings when upgrading to a business account?
II've been selling my old stuff privately on ebay for years but I am now thinking of trading in some of the items I have been selling as well as making some items of my own for sale. I have a lot of listings that have been selling fairly well (repeat buyers) so with those (and my existing feedback/sales history) it would…

Apple Air Pods
So I have two pairs of Apple AirPods I am trying to sell. I have listed them on Ebay but am really struggling to sell them at a really reasonable price. It seems that the only people interested in them are those with absolutely no feedback and they all ask the same questions are they genuine do you have a receipt etc and…

Postage
Today eBay seem to have stopped the 'add additional service' button. When selecting this one gets the box that used to have all the alternative services but this is no longer there. One is instructed to choose up to 3 services but there is nothing to choose. When listing new items yesterday the postage rates part worked…

Feedback removal for Simple Delivery items?
I've had 2 buyers leave me negative feedback because the simple delivery items were lost in the post. I put in removal requests and the feedback did get removed pretty quickly (although I later noticed it had used 2 out of my 5 removal allowance) I've now had 2 x neutral feedback left, one because evri took ages to…

'Not for profit' side hustle - more hassle than hustle?
Morning everyone. I (think I) understand the tax rules around side hustles, with the limits on selling items (30) before having to make a tax return, and TF allowances of £1000 turnover etc. However, what about the other stuff, Insurance, liability etc etc. Does this make it not worth the bother. If I decided to try and…

What are my rights here?
Hi I brought a custom item on Etsy and I've waited weeks for it to be made and then I saw on the sellers page my item being used as photo for a new item she's now offering and I don't like it ( it's a coat hook hanger thing) it looks way whiter than I asked she's claiming it is done in the colour I asked but it doesn't…

Selling Gold Jewellery
Hi - I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I have some old gold jewellery and wondered if it was worth selling and if this is best to sell online or via gold buyer (we have a local antique dealer who buys gold but haven't asked for a price yet) Would anyone recommend any of the online "cash for gold" type buyers??

Seller Account Closure and Refund Of Positive Balance - Rasing A Small Claim Against eBay
Does anyone know the UK legal entity you serve small claim papers against? Has Anyone any experience of raising a small claim against eBay? The story: I used to sell on ebay but no more as I have had nothing but problems. My seller account has a positive balance and eBay said of course they would send me the money so I…

Parcels being incorrectly delivered to my address
I apologise in advance for what may seem like a very trivial issue, but I cannot seem to resolve the matter.even though I have spoken to all parties involved, I have been receiving parcels (NOT SNAIL MAIL) addressed to someone else who lives in a Residential Home on the same Close as I do. We both share the same postcode.…

Simple Delivery with R.M .. parcel heavier
I sold an item (well, a set of magazines) and the listing had 'small parcel (<2kg) as the weight' However, when I wrap them up I find the weight is 2.5 kg. The label has been pre-purchased by the buyer, so what do I do now please ? I have a few magazine batches listed so I decided to change all the listings, but see that…

Vinted posting parcels box/bag
Hi, Am thinking of selling a pile of used clothes and Vinted seems to be the best place. The MSE articles mentions buyers "expect to receive a box", but I find this more than odd, as every piece of clothing I receive new is in a bag. Will I really get problems if I send a shirt or trousers in a bag (with a paper lining or…

Another Evri mess. What to do?
So I bought an item of clothing from the US on eBay. They shipped it quickly via DHL and Evri took over once it arrived in the UK. They attempted delivery but I was at work so they just took a photo of the entrance to my flats complex and notified me they'd be back the next day. I work during the day so I logged on to…

Evri, back to damaging parcels
Thank goodness for Simple delivery on this occasion. I sent 2 items out about 5 days ago via SD using Evri, , both completely wrapped in bubble wrap, then further stiff card sealed like a new box), then packed in an outer box with more strong packing paper. Both arrived in pieces. I have a message from ebay basically…

I wondering about blacklisting my own address with Evri!
Because of issues I've always tried to avoid buying anything online that is likely to be delivered by Evri, but I've had no choice/slipped up a few times. In about the last year and a half I've had what should have been 7 or 8 Evri deliveries, but only three of them ever arrived, and one of those was only the box, the…

Advice on Supreme Auctions terms and conditions, before court action
Hello, I recently bought 4 items from a Supreme Auctions online auction. All 4 items are non functional, one item (a Nikon D7100 camera body) is complete scrap. Focussing on the Nikon, I contacted their "complaints portal" and was told to read the terms and conditions, and that no further communication would be replied to.…

Vintage Cash Cow items missing
Hello All, I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had a problem with Vintage Cash Cow. I recently sent them a box of old jewellery, cameras a James Warren Swarovski crystal bracelet and a James Warren Swarovski watch. I then received a call from VCC and was given a valuation of £20 which I thought was extremely low as the…
