Any thoughts about buying a USB power bank, how can I ensure it actually has the capacity it says it does? Lots for sale on various chinese shopping sites but their rated capacity leaves a lot to guess work; some are advertised as 100,000mAh, which they clearly are not going to be.I have equipment to test the capacity but…

Android mobile version of Outlook acting up
I view Outlook on both my pc and my mobile. My pc is working just fine, same as always. My mobile version is not. What happens on the mobile is that when I open Outlook and it opens at the Inbox the latest email is from February, followed by one from a month earlier, and then others from over a year back. Sometimes it will…

Ditching OneDrive suggestions for online photo storage (not Google)
I need recommendations please for online photo storage. I currently automatically back up my photos to both Google and OneDrive and to a seperate hard drive. A bit of overkill based on paranoia of losing important photos and frankly laziness. Whilst One Drive is handy for accessing things across devices I'm sure I could…

iPad + AirPrinter
I’m looking for an AirPrinter, all I have is an iPad so I’m told this is the only way/ best way to go. I really only need it for occasional, very occasional, use and was advised to go laser as ink clogs up if not used on a regular basis. Having searched the internet I see some advertised as WiFi enabled, is that the same…

Changing Broadband Router
Please bear with me as although I'm quite ok with tech I'm no expert. I currently have BT Broadband and the coverage in the house is pretty good except for one room where the signal is less good and the TV will occasionally buffer. Doesn't happen often but it does happen. One of my friends suggested getting a new (better)…

Anyone worked out how to make a phone call to a contact using 'ok google, callxxx ' over bluetooth?
Time was when you could use 'ok google' over bluetooth to call a contact but that seems to have disappeared? Friends with iPhone seem to still be able to use Siri to do it - but not google on android. Is there a fix or a way round it using 3rd party apps?
