Compatible cartridges?
Hello, I have an HP ENVY 5032 Printer which I'm quite happy with. I used to pay for HP's "instant ink", where you subscribed for a fixed amount each month and they sent you cartridges whenever you needed them, but jumped ship when they doubled the price. so I bought some genuine cartridges earlier this year. It now seems…

Denon D-M41 hi fi poor sound
My old 1980's Akai stacked hifi system finally gave up the ghost at beginning of the year and after much deliberation I plumped for a Denon D-M41 hifi cd player as all I play nowadays is cds. I'm really struggling with it, I thought I just had to get used to the sound not being 'as full' as the Akai which had large 3'…

How To Clean USB C Phone Charging Port
I think my Pixel phone's port is blocked with fluff or other debris. When I connect the charger it is difficult to make the connection - I have to press the cable in and move it slightly to one side to work. Often I have to fiddle for some time before it starts charging. I've tried a compressed air spray with very little…

Porting mobile phone number - really basic questions
DW is with O2 PAYG, but I have just got her a Lebara SIM. O2 issued a PAC code, and I gave that to Lebara and requested a 'Port In'. That will take place on 30 August. What should DW do in the meantime, so that she still gets calls and texts on the old number? I assume that I should put the O2 SIM back in her phone? She…

Struggling to find a phone that meets my criteria!
I want a phone with a pretty good camera, has at least 6'7" screen, will take an esim and has a headphone jack (I'd rather not have to use wired earphones but I've tried 2 different 'ear buds' but they fall out too easily and are uncomfortable but you can't return them so I'm not risking buying anymore). . Probably new…

Video intercom for elderly parents
Any recommendations or tips of what to look for when shopping for a video intercom for my elderly parents please? They aren't smart phone users so the popular video doorbells won't work for them. Ideally something as simple to use as possible and even better if wireless to save installation costs. Thank you!
