Morning all It has come to light I had a packaged bank account with Lloyd’s from a long time ago . I was also in a DMP and they continued to put this charge on every month also during me paying this off . I don’t have the account number any more Cani still claim all charges back and any interest and how do I go about it…

Hello I had a phone call off this company and was told I had over 5000 pounds in ppi to claim back they just needed 500 pound to get the ball rolling so I paid it on my credit card, so my question is is the company legit or have I just been conned out of 500 quid ?

Do Santander automatically check for Alliance & Leicester PPI claims?
I have requested confirmation from Santander re possible PPI on an Abbey CC and am awaiting results. I have since found paperwork relating to a loan from Alliance & Leicester which shows I did have PPI. As Santander took over from A&L will they automatically include this or will I need to make a new request.
