Absolutely First Class Service from Amazon
On Tuesday 25 May I ordered a pair of support insoles via an Amazon Market Seller with the order being fulfilled by Amazon. The insoles were delivered next day. On going for a walk with the new insoles in my hiking shoes I found they were extremely painful to wear and the design shoved my foot forward in the shoe. I put my…

For the second consecutive week Ocado have refunded my returned carrier bags at the old rate of 5p/bag although I was charged 10p/bag. I've tried complaining but have just been referred to their normal refund channels.

BEWARE - Corgi HomePlan
I have previously commented positively about Corgi's Homeplan on this forum. My view about CORGI changed less than 1 hour ago. I received a call from CORGI stating that the cost of my HomePlan would be rising £2 from £16.99 to £18.99 this month. As Corgi gave a 2 year fixed priced I knew that could not be true - I took out…
