Evey little helps.

I noticed today that the TV Times subscription is now advertised (in itself) as £20 per quarter.
We were paying £24.35 per quarter by DD, I think it started lower a few years ago.

Phoned up the help line number, spoke to nice chap called Jason who eventually told us we would have to take up a new subscription to get the lower price. I of course said yes please.

What I fail to get is why they can't simply change the DD to the lower amount?
Similar to when they raise the price ...
