Hi
I added the BT Sport App to my existing Bt broadband in Sept 2021, only to find that they renewed my contract for 2 years, now been informed my fault should have read the all the small print.
On the original summary it says Broadband no change to status?
I added the BT Sport App to my existing Bt broadband in Sept 2021, only to find that they renewed my contract for 2 years, now been informed my fault should have read the all the small print.
On the original summary it says Broadband no change to status?
The idea was to pay for BT sport via the app £20 a month so I didn’t have to renew my broadband which costs me £49.10 a month, made this mistake once before I’m afraid, my contract was due to end May this year, any help please?
