I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s having problems with these companies
I’ve put items in my basket and if the item isn’t available it will put another size or colour in but you don’t see the change at checkout instead you find out when you are sent an email of your order. This has happened a few times now and when I’ve tried to cancel orders they won’t do the cancellation (even when the request was sent within a few minutes of placing the order). I was told to send the items back at my expense, I’ve recently returned items but they claimed they never received them even though the tracking numbers clearly show they have been received. After 1 month of arguing over email they won’t issue a refund only a voucher or bank transfer which they want bank details sent via email.

I’ve had to open a dispute with the credit card company. I’ve also contacted Trading Standards who were no help. Consumer law is great when it works but in this instance this company seems to be able to do what it wants with no comeback I’ve lost money on unnecessary postage which wouldn’t happen if they just cancelled the orders. Im sure I’m not the only one but my voice alone is not being heard even by those who are supposed to project our rights. I won’t buy from these companies ever again!
