Just read this - the open letter is certainly something worth reading.

While you can't believe everything you read, I'm more inclined to believe the company on this occurance as I can see Which only looking at certain criteria.
Not a good look for Which and calls into question a large amount of what they have tested before.
Wonder if they're trading on their name only these days.

Which has never been been known for their expertise in reviews.
They work on a superficial, quick review approach as their purpose is to sell subscription, not assess products.1 -
I wrote to Which in February last year pointing out inaccurate information in their report / review on Chromecast with Google TVThe errors are still there with apparently no attempt to amend0

I became dubious about a lot of Which? testing methodology back in the 70s/80s. Much of the testing seems to confirm what they want to find.

They also seem to spread Best Buys about . March xx top rated May yy top rated and so on .
