SKY TV Increase
So, SKY have announced a price increase. Those in a minimum term for TV can't end early because of what is written in the terms and conditions. Am I right in thinking Sky must notify you of a price increase in writing (be this letter or email) what happens if you don't get this, especially by letter - problems with post!…

Sky Q Pixelation
Hi. Had my SkyQ install a week ago and it's been perfect however, some " on demand " and " Catchup " stuff seems to pixelate every 10 mins or so. Some programmes work fine, some programmes pixelate. Live TV and Recorded TV work fine. As it's so rare that it occurs I doubt sky will take action on this, or am i wrong ? Thanks

Virgin V6 remote RF mode
You have to PAIR the remote! The engineer freely admitted he didn't know how the RF remote control worked. Left it with me to get on with it. It worked fine as an Infra Red remote, with line of sight. Finally got round to it today. Downloaded the V6 user guide.…

New Build fttp BT options
Moving to a new build on Thursday. During viewings I was told it was fibre to the property and only BT available for broadband and phone. I naively thought sky would be ok as it used BT/Openreach infrastructure. I should have understood this better and researched more. Any how. I am currently paying sky £75 a month for Sky…

Mobile Router
We don't have access to WiFi at our caravan, so use our phones as mobile hotspots. This uses a significant amount of data. I'm trying to assess whether buying a mobile router with a sim card (mifi) would-be cheaper. Any suggestions or recommendations would be welcome.

Warning to Sky Q customers on discount packages
I was getting a 12 month discount on my $ky package which I renew every year when in November last year I was persuaded to invest in a $ky Q package. The upfront price and monthly cost was agreed and I was sent an email confirming my new package and that I was now on an 18 month minimum contract. On March 16th I was send a…

Still haven’t received a refund (over £200) from plusnet and it’s now been over 5 months. I’ve called them up about once a month basically to just make sure I haven’t somehow dropped off their radar for receiving a refund. Every time I just get the response “we’re working on it and I’m sorry for the delay” Are they just…

Hi guys, I'm wanting to switch landline and broadband provider from EE to TalkTalk, but want to keep my existing landline number. Sky cable as aerial?
Hi everyone, I sold my house late last year and lodged with friends while my purchase completed, this is due to happen on Friday. Absolute Nightmare With BT
Afternoon All, About just over a week ago I called BT to cancel as shortly I’m moving home, and my work has good deals with Sky.
