My broadband/tv package contract is up in a month so phone up to see what they would offer.Took 15 minutes on hold to get to speak to someone,no deal offered so I asked to cancel.I was then cut off.
Rang back,a further 20 minutes on hold and still couldn't get to speak to someone so gave up.
Is there an alternative way ?
I seem to recall I tried the online chat once and they said the only was is to phone up.
How can you when they don't answer or when they do they cut you off ?
I just did a quick google and some people on twitter reckon they've been on hold for 3 hours !!!

I don't have a problem cancelling. (well providing 30 days notice for disconnection).
An alternative method is to write a letter0 -
