Cracked lips stuff - what was it called?
You used to be able to get some marvelous cream that cured cracked lips and whatnot. It came in a small metal tube, it smelled of ammonia, and at some point maybe 15 years ago it changed its name. Then next thing I knew it disappeared from the shops. What was it called? And is there anything like it still available?

Despite cleaning every part of my dishwasher thoroughly (and keeping on top of this), using intensive wash, vinegar, soda crystals, a dishwasher cleaner on several occasions, checking pipes / hoses etc., not eating eggs, my dishes on most occasions have this awful ‘wet dog’ smell! The water itself doesn’t appear to smell…

But sadly the pot has developed a little crack, which has now started to leak onto the base. I've just been onto their website to order a replacement - the availability of which was one factor in choosing it in the…

Chinese pork loin steaks
Can anyone tell me the spices they put on the shop bought chinese pork loins that you can get in the supermarkets. I would like to buy just basic pork loin chops and flavour them myself, as not everyone likes them. Is it just chinese 5 spice? I am not sure it is but thought someone on here may know. Thank you all in advance

I bought a new knife at the weekend (cheap £3 thing) and am amazed at how well it cuts, ie how bad our current knives are. How often to you change knives, and if it's a long time how…
