New Smartphone
I know almost nothing about Smartphones and recently acquired one for the first time. It is of course unlocked and does not have a SIM. Any basic phone I've previously had came with the SIM and number already installed. In the process of getting a SIM for the Smartphone and activating it at what stage do I get a phone…

End of EE Contract / Plusnet sim only?
My EE contract ends at the end of August so looking for Sim only. The EE sim only prices are looking a little ridiculous, although I've yet to go through the haggling and retention phase. I'm currently on 4GB data and don't really need more. I can get Plusnet 30 day sim only for £6/month but am I correct in thinking that…

O2 Travel Inclusive Zone
Hi, I have the above through Volt and am travelling to the US next week. I know this will mean I can use my data, texts and can call the UK as part of my allowance, but can I call within the USA as well? I know with 3’s Go Roam you can’t but I think you may be able to with O2. Thanks

Does anyone have any experience with the EE 120GB Pay As You Go Data SIM Card available for £50 from Argos and Amazon. Can't find any details of the sim on the EE site. Called EE customer support yesterday, who not only couldn't provide any information on the sim but didn't know it was available. Would like to know if the…

Best value PAYG Sim?
What's the best value PAYG Sim? I'm currently with ASDA (which uses Vodaphone but they used to use EE) and their price is currently 4p per minute to make a call to a landline or other mobile but as of the end of September it's going up to 15p per minute ........ which seems absolutely extortionate to me. I rarely use the…

02 sim - paying £11.40 a month!
I haven’t kept up with what I have been paying for my monthly sim only tariff with 02. I’ve been on 8gb, unlimited calls and texts for the past 3 years plus. Previously paying £9 a month. For the past few months it’s risen to £11.40 and due to family illness it hasn’t been at the top of my list to sort out. I’ve spoken to…

Switching from 3 contract to PAYG?
Hi I'm on a 3 contract I really like but they've just notified me I'll be losing my EU roaming rights soon when that contract ends. I see the 3 PAYG contract still offers roaming in 71 countries. Can I just switch directly to that?

RWG Mobile review first impressions
Summary: Seem a slightly ropey operation technically, but does basically work which makes it a crude bargain, bit of a gamble on them surviving though. I signed an elderly relative up as the three 321 sim was getting very expensive and she kept running out of credit... I suggested £30 for a year of 1pmobile but she was…
