New Sim - MSE link refers to named on credit agreements
I want to change mobile providers as my PAYG has put its prices up alot. I am considering Lebra and notice there or two options. The MSE link has an asterisk by it. 3 pay-as-you-go, refund not forthcoming
I was advised a short time ago that the cost of a 3 pay-as-you-go plan was going up. With this being the case you could move providers and get a refund of the remaining balance. So have moved providers and all that is left is to get the refund from 3. I've contacted them and have Live Chat transcripts saying the refund is…

Very basic help wanted - does PAYG internet exist?
Are there phones that really provide PAYG internet? No contract. No pay £10 in advance which will be lost if not used within a month. A PAYG phone lets me put on credit - say £30 - and then I use that up with texts and phone calls. But there is no restriction as to how quickly I have to use it up. I think I have to make…

EE 24 month contract ended can they charge extra 30 days?
I think I’m a bit old school here…..if I take out a contract for 24 months, then I’m agreeing to their terms for 24 months only, after that time I’m no longer obligated to them as the contract we originally agreed to, has ended - but with phone companies a 24 month contract appears to mean 25 months?!? I expected to be…
