Considering Lebara as replacement for Plusnet. I need to pay by direct debit from my bank account. Is this an option?

Direct debit is when you give them your account number and sort code (and is covered by the dd guarantee). Most providers now ask for credit/debit card details and you pre-authorise them to charge you future payments.
Many bank accounts give you incentives to setup dd's, card payments don't qualify.

No, an increasing no. of telcoms are debit/credit card only. Now TV has been from it's inception. There are probably others. A CPA on a card is a much more reliable way to secure payment, as it cannot usually be cancelled online or through your banking app.

    Billing

Your bill is paid through direct debit. The amount is deducted from your bank account around the 23rd of each month. You can always view your bills inMyLebara or our app.
