Newcomer purchasing an ASDA bundle sim card
Hi, I'll move to the UK soon and I'll need a temporary "broadband" connection. I've used 4G before and it worked OK.The easiest option seems to be ASDA mobile - however, I have a few questions. They only support UK bank cards so I will only be able to recharge in store. The Vodafone deal no longer has vouchers and it seems…

No matter what I do, I can't seem to complete my purchase via Musicmagpie!
Since my old phone gave up the ghost, I have tried to purchase a refurbished model without success, mainly because I'm away from home and need to to use click and collect. Oddly, Argos sell such phones but they are home delivery only (!) yet it seems I can buy one on Ebay and get it delivered to Argos, mad or what? Anyway…

PAYG sim card recommendations for a Yale alarm system
Can anyone recommend a PAYG sim card to put into my Yale home alarm system please? Ideally it shouldn't have a top up requirement. Also, ideally it shouldn't need activating using another mobile phone as three send a text message to activate their sim cards.

If I switch to Three because of their ‘Go Roam Around the World’….
….and then they stop offering it (I want to use it in Spain, France and the US within the next year), would I be able to get out of a 12 or 24 month contract, when that was the principal reason for signing up with them?

Cheap Mobile Finder - contracts for existing customers?
Hello all I'm considering a deal I've found via MSE's Cheap Mobile Finder. It says "All deals are for new customers. Existing customer? Call your provider to see if it'll offer you it" However, I have a current monthly rolling contract with Three, but want to use the deal I've found to get a 24 month contract. The provider…

Asda Mobile problems
Their website seems to have a problem, when I click the button for "choose a new bundle for next month" it lets me choose a bundle then tells me "£7 bundle bundle purchase failed". After this the "back to bundles" button actually takes you to data add-ons. Is it just me? Looking on TrustPilot I think I might well not be…

Battery switch
I'm perfectly happy with my existing Samsung S9 except that the battery life has gradually diminished. Rather that buy a new phone as I'm currently on Sim only if I were to simply buy a new battery would that solve the battery life problem I have? That was I can carry on paying £8 a month instead of about £27 for an upgrade

Been paying phone contract since 2015 without knowing
Hello, My parents have just signed up to online banking and realised they have been paying £26 a month to EE for a phone contract since 2015. They haven’t had the phone since the 2 year period expired and haven’t used it. Is there a way for them to claim the money taken back?

Lebara change plan
I'm currently on an old MSE bagged Lebara plan of free calls and texts with 1Gb of data for £5. The latest MSE plan would give me 3Gb data for the same price. It's there an easy way to 'upgrade' and keep my same number or have I got to port away and join again? Any help appreciated!

Getting Pushed Off Old EE SIM-Only Contract
Is anybody else getting pushed off their current EE SIM-Only contract? I am currently out-of-contract and paying about £9 per month for 4GB but will get pushed onto a £19 per month 40GB 30-day rolling contract, if I do nothing. My only other options are to sign up to a 24 month contract for £15 per month or leave EE.…

How does a dual sim phone work?
I have a MotoG7 plus with my Three sim in it I also have a Cyprus PAYG sim in an ancient Huawei . It's not been used for ages for obvious reasons but will hopefully be resurrected soon! (but it still works!) This sim is 'standard' size so won't fit in the slot of the Moto without trimming, but how would it all work if I…

Samsung Galaxy A12 vs Motorola Moto G50
Hello folks Trying to sort my mum out with a cheap mobile (pay monthly). Not much money to play with but she absolutely doesn't need anything fancy. Mainly using it to make calls, text, sometimes WhatsApp, and occasional GPS navigation if she gets a bit lost in town. I'm sure she'll get used to using the camera a bit as…
