RWG mobile porting problems/customer support.

Anyone know what times RWG customer support is operational. Having problems with porting my number and have been left without my number for three days now. Contacted them via email initially and got a response 36 hours ago saying it wouldn't be much longer - yet here I am still without my phone number.

Tried calling yesterday in excess of 20 time and just get cut off as all agents are busy and we will call you back, but no-one ever does. Tried to contact via Facebook and Messenger again no response.

Realise I am probably stuck now until Monday. Wish I had never moved over to them now. I have never been without my phone number for more than 30 mins before in a porting process.

    I had the same problem,so what i did was send the same message by facebook messenger,i emailed [email protected],and [email protected].
    The one i got a reply on within a hour was the support form on their website.
    I dont think they have enough staff to cope now 
    When i joined 2½ years ago,they always replied within a hour.
