Lebara - Monthly Payments / Customer Service
Joined Lebara and the first monthly payment is £5.90 instead of the £1.49, that it's supposed to be - contacted them and the customer service is refunding me, but make sure you check what they're charging you. I think they do it to everyone and hope they won't notice.

I have found their CS to be good although others might find differently. When I first started with them I mistakenly selected "auto top up" instead of "auto renew"! I was charged £5 for the first top up.Contacted them and admitted to my error and the £5 was quickly credited to my card.A couple of other times, for whatever reason, the question was answered or the matter resolved satifactorily. The O.P. needs to contact them and I'm sure that will be resolved. My initial "deal" was a reduced monthly payment for 6 months which went ahead without a hitch. On their homepage, if "help" is selected, then "support", scroll down, click "contact us" and under "need more support", the various options are there. I usually use the live chat.0
