My aunt died without a will. Remaining are her 2 sisters and a brother. The brother has dived into obtaining probabe but let’s say, he’s a bit of a chancer. So how can we check that having obtained probate, he is distributing the estate 3 ways fairly and not say, keeping some savings accounts to himself
