Bathroom - plumbing/carpenter - Day rate?
I guess it depends on which part of the country but whats an average day rate for this sort of thing? I.e. Fitting bathroom inc plumbing, fitting bathroom cupboard, fitting laminate floor. Recent work done was approx £240 a day.

Damp proof/ new plasterboard/plaster/air vent
Hi We've had a quote for the above for quite a small bay window. He will damp proof it, hack of the plaster, put water resistant plasterboard on, fit an air vent and replaster for a cost of £400. This seems expensive to me but wanted to know what you thought. Thanks for the responses!
