Is a quote of £700 fair to replace all the gutters around a semi-detached house fair?

It depends how big a semi detached is. Is access difficult? Is it three sides or two? Any rear extensions?

Further to Phil99's comments.Quantity and replacement downpipes,leaf guards,scaffolding requirement,condition for fixings,garage,disposal of existing,VAT,connections to neighbours,
ETC.
What is actually included in the quotation?
