This is for the manufacture and installation of a pair of "laminate knot free timber" french doors. Single glazed. It's in replacement of current defective french doors. Seems an awful lot to me but I don't really have much clue, any idea?

Howdens engineered flooring
I am looking for Engineered flooring for around 65 sqm. Could anyone tell me if £45 (inc VAT) per sqm is a fair price for Howdens Oak 180mm width single planks? (14mm thickness). Fitting not included. Looking for Kahrs but I have to spend a minimum of another 10 on top of this price. Thanks V

Gutter/downpipe cleaning quote
4 bed detached plus conservatory plus bay window/garage with guttering on. £50. Been quoted £125 from large company but this is fella around the door (wife agreed when I wasnt there!) Normally, I am a bit wary of these sort of people.... Personally, if he'd said £50 I'd have said £30 and settled on £40 maybe.
