Kitchen/Diner Refurb

Hi, we are looking to renovate our current kitchen and dining room to make a single space and then refit/refurb, in SW17 (Tooting).
The job includes the below list of work in an area approximately 15sqm. We've been quoted £17.5k for this, which seems steep as we're providing kitchen, new patio doors, flooring etc, so I'm assuming the majority of the cost is labour as there is little in the way of building materials from what I can see aside from steels, which should be less than £1k.
Any thoughts on whether this is a fair price for London?
Thank you.
- Removal or 1 internal wall
- Removal of chimney breast
- Add steel to support on both
- Convert window into doorway ready for new patio doors (to be fitted by door supplier)
- Convert door and window into doorway ready for new patio doors (to be fitted by door supplier)
- Fit new kitchen including hob, oven/microwave, integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher (see below drawing)
- Sockets (7x sockets + 1x for oven + 1x for fridge freezer)
- Lighting (15 spot lights and 2x switch points)
- Fit extractor fan above island
- Fit all plumbing and electrics (sink moving approx 1m from current location - washer, dishwasher in same position)
- Plaster, Paint, tile (approx 4sqm) fit skirting, door frames, 1x internal door and door furniture and make good
- Fit new wood flooring
- Move approx 1m and fit new radiator (access to pipework under exposed floorboards
- Removal of all debris, including existing kitchen and building waste from wall/chimney removal
