When to notify the holiday insurance company
I've seen my GP and am waiting for an ultrasound scan. Is it best to tell the insurer now or when I receive a diagnosis? My feeling is it makes more sense to await diagnosis.

Earlier today a driver lost control of their car, left the road and impacted my car which was parked on my drive, shunting it into the house and damaging the kitchen wall (structural damage). The damage was assessed by my builder who has ordered me to not remove my car until he's got the house propped. The kitchen is new,…

Some years ago now while I was on holiday I left my camera on the bus seat. I realised as soon as I got off but couldn't chase the bus so called into their office to tell them. I called in…

How much can I expect building insurance premium to go up following a fire claim?
I am buying a leasehold flat in London - part of a development with 100+ flats built less than 10 years ago. A couple of weeks ago, there was a fire that affected 1-2 top-floor flats.
