Hi all I know there is no right or wrong answer to this but I'm currently reviewing the insurance policies we have in our household because money is tight and I'm questioning whether I'm going overboard with life insurance. Claim that never was
My 79 year old mother received her home insurance renewal and on it it had a claim for £99 in 2022 which she knew nothing about. After a lot of digging and multiple phone calls to customer service this appears to be an error on the part of the insurance company. In 2022 mum rang up to see if she was covered under her home…

Travel Insurance - cheaper to book under couples category supposed to group of two?
Hi, I’m looking to get travel insurance quotes for my family. Under the "couples" category (two adults), does it have to specifically be a couple, or can it cover a mother and daughter (both adults)? I ask because it seems to be more affordable under the "couple" category than as a group. Thank you!

My daughter is resident in EU country and I want to insure her on my car so she can drive it when she visits, Aviva tells me that they don't insure non-UK residents. My partner recently had her car insurance cancelled for failing to declare that her daughter had a minor accident/claim in her own car. Undisclosed claim?
I renewed my Home insurance 21/10/2024 from Sainsburys to Oneprotect. Today I got a letter stating that I had not disclosed a claim from 1/12/2019. To get in touch with Oneprotect I had to go to their website and go to "live chat". I did this and told them that my wife and I had no recollection of any claim since we moved…

Unemployed or retired
Hello my car insurance is due. On comparison sites the difference between putting unemployed and retired is about 30% more if unemployed. I haven't given up on finding a part time job, but it is quite unlikely due to personal reasons. Would it be ok to put retired but then change my policy details mid policy in the…

Hello. Any help for this query much appreciated. I buy all sorts of things online using various cards no problem, holidays, clothes, whatever. Ticker Car Insurance - Worst Ever for Admin
I have a 'pay per mile' policy with a company cqlled Ticker, you pay a lower upfront premium and then via a black box tracker in your car pay monthly for each mile you drive. Learner insurance when accompanying driver has an EU licence
Hello, I'm trying to find a learner insurance for my son so that he can practice driving with me in the family car. Now, I have an EU driving licence and that seems to be a major issue.
