TT99 insurance declaration

Hello.
Received a 6 month ban for sp offences, TT99, November 2025.
My question is, as my licence now shows only the TT99, is that and the ban all I need to declare to insurers. I ask this because I don’t know the details of the convictions leading to the TT99.

They may ask for the dates and codes of the individual offences in the last 3 or 5 years.

They dont ask about what your licence shows but what prosecutions you have, the totting up removes them from the licence but doesnt mean the prior convictions disappear
