Credit Card Question
The football club I support has introduced a 10 year season ticket, these are obviously quite expensive but good value if you can afford them, a stipulation is that you cannot buy them on either credit or debit cards due to financial regulations, does anyone know if this is true or are the club pulling a fast one?

Good riddance - 3 month interest free card gone
They always give you credit when you dont want or need it. I had low balance and had an expensive car insurance due. (Hire and reward £1500). I thought I'd do what I always do, get hold of an interest free card and pay it off over 6 months. Put away £200-£300 of business profits to pay off the card each month. I applied,…

Halifax Clarity card cash withdrawl
MSE reporting sligthly confusing info on this. MSE is stating that if the Halifax Clarity card is used for a cash withdrawal and the balance is cleared you are still charged the interest. "19.94% - 27.94% (even if repaid in
full)" I have confirmed with halifax you are only charged interest per day until balance is cleared.…

TSB promotional balance transfer expiry message
I took out a TSB credit card in Nov 2020 with a 0% balance transfer rate for 30 months. I'm not so good at setting alarms 2.5 years in the future so I didn't set my own reminder for the promotional end date. I pay by DD and I hadn't used the card for new transactions so I wasn't checking my statement each month. I was…

Credit Card Fraud
I'm hoping someone has some advice, someone has taken out a Capital One card in my name and, it seems, used my address too. The first I knew of it was when a direct debit was taken from a switching account that I had recently set up. I immediately contacted the bank and had the dd cancelled, they refunded the money to my…

Is it bad to have too many credit cards?
Over the years I have acumulated 5 with over £50k of credit currently available to me. They are all at 0 balance, I just use them for large purchases now and again and when I do I rotate them to keep them active. I heard it looks good if you have lots of credit but can show the banks that you don't need it? Or is it looked…

Is it worth getting a credit card for a one-off purchase?
Hi all, I run a small side business. I'm ordering some custom made items for my business, from what looks like a pretty legit company that specializes in such bespoke items. When it comes to the payment they only accept bank transfer or credit card payment. I've only ever used paypal for large payments with the peace of…

Card company didn't credit my payment in time
I've had this credit card for many years, and I've always paid the balance in full and on time, every month. Last month I duly made payment on the 30th June (payment was due 3rd July). Made the payment through the card company's website, which went through successfully. They sent me a confirmation email on the 30th June…

Can I make a Section 75 Claim with Barclaycard
Hello, I within the last week purchased a laptop from a large PC manufacturer. The courier delivering the items tried to deliver the item twice over 2 days unsuccessfully, claiming they couldn’t find the address and items went back to the delivery depot. On the third delivery attempt (3rd day) they sent the items out for…

Possibly Scammed £2.5k
Hi I could really do with some advice on the following as I might end up losing out on £2.5k. My wife asked one of her cousins to book a flight ticket for
herself and my kids to Canada, something which she has done previously in the
past without any issues as her cousin is or rather was an agent who sells
flights online.…

Hi. I have a credit card with only balance transfers on there (both at 0%) I don't usually use it for anything else. On 6th July I paid the due balance of my holiday on the card, just until I'm paid at the end of this month. I thought as long as I pay it all off once the statement has been generated and by the due date,…
