Hi all.. been 3 week. Reset phone to factory settings as had problems. Update all download the app. When it says sending OTP via email, I do not received this. Also tried 3 different PC to access account on line. The OTP do not come through. I spoken to their IT department and did what they asked. They come to a conclusion they have OTP issues and can't give me a time line. I no longer have access to my account unless I call. Already got caught out for not paying min amount as I did not have access so I had no idea it was due. Also I can't see if there any fraudulent activity going on. I rang up a few times all I get is, i just have to wait. Surly I after 3 week this should be resolved. Any ideas I have raised a complaint. Had anyone wlse been through this and had it resolved

I had a bizarre scenario whereby my email from a CC company diverted straight in to my 'Deleted' folder without even hitting my inbox. Check both deleted and spam just in case.
I would request your total balance with Vanquis and, if possible, pay in full until this has been resolved.If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

Ring up, set up minimum DD & that will cover any missed payments happening.
Take it that email address was checked & correct. Anyway to change it to another to see if that solves the issue. As per above sometimes emails go straight to junk or spam.. So you have checked them?Life in the slow lane0 -
So you do not get any statements at all? No paperless - Saving the planet
Also if i wait till i got my statement and spot a fraudulent transaction will they accept that if i report it 3 weeks later
Ring up, set up minimum DD & that will cover any missed payments happening. _ Yes but i always make over payment as i had to use it for a gearbox so making as much payment i can get it to £0. but i have to ring up every time. After 3 weeks and been told no time line should be able to access this.

They have now confirm any activity that happens now till i get access that i do not know off they will take full responsibility as it Xmas and i have once got stun but luckily i saw it within 48 hours to report this.0 -
You can report fraud up to 13 months. To get a refund.
You can still overpay. Just send a faster payment for the amount you want to. Just let the DD take the minimum.
IT issues never have a timeframe for a fix. They take as long as they take, as the issue may be on a system that is out of their control.
