Hi, does anyone know if there are any prepaid credit cards that offer section 75?

Thanks

There's no such thing as a prepaid credit card - there are prepaid cards, but these don't offer credit, or there are credit cards, that don't allow prepayment....

There is no credit agreement and as such the contract isn't covered by the consumer credit act and so no CCA S75 protection.

However, chargeback, generally, has to work for prepaid cards - similarly to credit and debit cards.
