Best time to join NatWest MyRewards?
Hi My wife has switched an account to NatWest and we are going to convert the account to a MyRewards account. Her two DD are due to go out beginning of June. Is she best to convert the account now Or should we wait until next month? Also when is the £2 fee taken? Will it be one month after the account is opened?

Club Lloyds Fee. £2000 waiver ending? UPDATE: No change!
What's this referring to? I cant understand what the "discount" is referring to other than the £5. So Club Lloyds will be a fee paying account? Of course being an idiot I've probably missed the obvious!

Chase app not working.
Hello, I have just tried to make a payment and I was asked to verify this on the Chase app. The problem is once I log in I just get a blank screen, I wait and wait without anything happening. I have since made the payment from another bank but what is my best next course of action? Should I uninstall the app or contact…

Payment to a closed account?
Closed my Lloyds bank account a couple of months ago, opening a new account elsewhere. Got a payment from a travel related claim being paid into the Lloyds account at present. What happens here considering I've no account with them? Payment sent back? Transferred to the new account in the same way as everything previously?

Santander edge debit card for overseas spending and withdrawals
Is there any reason why the Santander edge debit card would not be included in Martins list of travel credit and debit cards? Am I correct in saying there are no fees for using this card for foreign spending and cash withdrawals? And the £3 monthly fee can be avoided by not setting any DD on the account?

ATM mini statements
My Auntie banks with Virgin Money, she doesn’t have online banking. Does anyone know if there are any particular ATM’s which would provide a mini statement, she doesn’t have a VM branch locally. I’ve tried one or two ATM’s but have only managed to get a balance.

Social enterprise bank account
We are about to launch our new social enterprise & are looking for recommendations for bank accounts. Previous experience with some of the high street banks haven't been good so would like on-line banks. An account only needs to be for membership fees, likely sales, donations, etc. Is there such an acount?

Bank paid me interest within an hour of funding new a/c
I opened this account on Wednesday evening with Monument Bank. I knew from opening an earlier one that you got the account number within a couple of minutes, and that faster payments received right up to midnight were credited the same day. So, I made the FP in bed at about 11:10 (from Santander). In the morning, I woke up…

Train ticket retailer charged my transaction under the MCC code of taxi / limousine
I bought a train ticket recently from Uber Travel with my Chase debit card, expecting to get 1% cashback, but it registered as non-eligible. I queried the bank and it replied that the transaction was submitted under the code of taxicabs and limousine. I then contacted Uber customer support, both the main one and the one…

Looking for a second current account
I have had my current account with Lloyds for 47 years since age 18. I have absolutely no problem with Lloyds and am not looking to change as I am enjoying the benefits I get with them. However the more I hear about scammers and hackers and some bank accounts being frozen I am hearing more an more that having 2 current…

Santander Select
Just had an email to learn that, apparently, I'm one of Santander's "most valued customers" (presumably because I've currently got 20 quid in my 123 Lite account, and they're very grateful) and so they're "upgrading" me to "Santander Select, our premier banking service".While it's very nice to be appreciated, I'd be even…

Switch current account
I switched my current account from NatWest to Santander last month, I didn't do my homework on what kind of facilities Santander's app had to offer. I could send cash to a cash point using the NatWest app, I thought this would be a facility that all high street banks offered via their app but I was wrong. I want to switch…

Bank Complaints Statistics
I read a recent article about bank complaints which suggested that the smaller banks had a disproportionately large number of Ombudsman complaints:https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/saving/article-14683379/Complaints-banks-soared-76-past-year-one-reported.htmlI had a look at the official statistics for Santander banking…
