NOW Super Fibre
My broadband is currently with BT and I am now out of my current deal and it is expensive. They want £37 per month. I am considering moving to NOW Super Fibre at £22 per month. Has anyone got any experience of them and think they are worth moving to? Thanks

I need faster home data/Internet, is a Sim only contract, my best option + a 4G router?
Since living in my home for the last few years, I have never had good Internet access, the best I can get is standard Broadband, but this means speeds of one to 2 MB max as there are two of us, using the Internet all day, long, the speeds can go extremely slow (sometimes as low as 0 .3 NB). So as all fibre-optic and faster…

switching to Community Fibre
I am with Vodafone for my broadband and am curious about switching to Community Fibre once my contract runs out. My question is is this a simple switching process where I could use uswitch as an intermediary or do I have to facilitate the whole switching process on my own? Thanks

Very Unhappy with Virgin Media Price Increase £19.00 to £26.00 and Rubbish Customer Service
I have got a Virgin Media account. I have no TV or Phone Line just the broadband service that is the M125 service (125mbs) 2 Months ago they hiked my monthly bill from £19.00 a month to £26.00 a month. I phoned to complain and spoke to a Virgin Media customer service agent in Asia. They said they would cancel the price…

Cancelled Virgin Media 18 months ago, but contract got renewed instead.
Hi All, I manage the utilities bills and contracts for my elderly parents; with the need to enquire and make changes that can only be done as an account holder, compare the market and shop around at the end of contracts, it is just makes things infinitely easier if everything's under my name. Last Feb 2022, I called up to…

I switched broadband to Sky 2 months ago but I am being billed by Virgin
Hi there I would appreciate if someone could give me his/her thoughts. My contract with Virgin ended up 25/4/2023. I was abroad at
that time so called them in second-half of May when back. I did not like their
new offer and did not sign for a new contract. Instead I decided to go for Sky
and was given the impression they…

Choosing a new broadband deal. They only let me choose existing adsl can’t upgrade to fibre.
Presumably the comparison sites prices are for like for like service takeover but when they say ‘fibre is not available’ to my property it is incorrect. I know that fibre to the cabinet is available and for an extra £2 a month fibre would give me faster speeds on paper anyway. It seems I will have to either upgrade my…

Fighting Openreach
We needed two OR junction boxes moved from one wall to an adjacent
wall less than a metre away.. They charged us around £700 to
‘survey’ the site and draw a plan. They estimated the job would
cost around £5K which we had to pay up front. Their plan was to dig
a trench and it was quite a difficult job, they said. Then they…

Broadband and phone providers that are unable to retain your landline number from Now aka Sky?
Shell energy is one as I’ve just found out. Is the problem created by Sky/Now or Shell energy? Why is it a problem? I thought it was standard practice to be able to choose whether to keep your existing number if service is at same address!? It’s important to me to keep my existing number of many years. Thanks for any…

Community Fibre & Plusnet Terrible Service - Please Help!

The broadband deal I had with Plusnet came to an end on the 20th July 23 and as I forgot to check only realised this when I received my next bill and the payment was for £54.39. Double that of what I was originally paying. So like any sensible consumer decided to…

Moving Away from the Well Known Brands - Caution Advised?
Looks like I may be moving to a lesser known company from Virgin Media as unless they can give me an amazing deal, then there is no incentive to stay with them any more. Are there any people who have gone from well known companies to much smaller ones and it's been a fabulous success?

BRSK and their telephone poles !
