Shell existing customer

I am currently a Shell Energy Broadband customer.

On the MSE BB comparison it shows if i sign up via there I get a £70 voucher.  It doesn't say "New Broadband Customers Only".  This is shown on others providers but not Shell BB.

Can I use this to sign up for it again even though i am existing customer?

Probably not but I can see this offer as well where I am and if you click through...

Has anyone tried to claim the Shell Broadband £70 voucher?

I am in the process of being moved from Shell Broadband to Talk Talk.

I noticed that Shell still took DD £34.88 on 16/07/24 (the same amount as first TalkTalk Bill).

I emailed Shell/Talk Talk - to claim my voucher.

1. Get a £70 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card when you purchase Shell Energy's Superfast Fibre Broadband, offer valid until midnight on 17/04/2024.

11. You will be sent an email including your gift card from Giftcloud (no-reply@giftcloud.com) once your sale has been confirmed by the provider. This can take up to 120 days from the order date. You will have 90 days to claim your egift.

(120 days from 17-04-2024 (start of my Shell Broadband) would take us to Thursday, August 15, 2024.).
