Cancelled FTTP order with Vodafone - they won't release my line

I ordered FTTP with Vodafone but cancelled because of very poor customer service. I've asked Vodafone to cancel 3 times but each time I try to order with BT I am told there is still an active order on my line so my order with them gets cancelled.
Is there anything else I can do? As I say I've asked Vodafone 3 times now.

You need to escalate this as a formal complaint with Vodafone. Unless it's a formal complaint no-one cares about how much time is wasted and it's very difficult to get compensation.

Yes I thought of that. There doesn't seem to be an email address for complaints - just a snail mail - I don't want to use that as letters are easily "lost".

I have spoken to Vodafone complaints who say that the order has now been properly cancelled. Strangely I then received an email from BT Customer Services to say my complaint has been closed. I never complained to them.I will check with BT to see if the Vodafone order has indeed been cancelled,0
