I will turn 65 in May 2028. Will I then qualify for the over 65 cash ISA limit from my birthday, or will I have to wait until the following April to qualify?

Shawbrook to HSBC Cash ISA Transfer
Shawbrook Bank is not in the list of providers supported by HSBC for electronic ISA transfers. So, I have to complete a paper form and send to HSBC by post. Anyone has experience of doing this and knows how much time it will roughly take to transfer a Cash ISA from Shawbrook to HSBC?

When i'm 65
I turn 65 in May 2028. Like many others under 65, i'll only be able to invest £12k into a cash ISA in 27/28 when the rules change. However, in 28/29, if I wait till my birthday in May and i'll be back to the full £20k allowance into cash if I choose to do so. My question relates to the £8k i'm being forced to invest into a…

Probably my mistake, but I was wondering if anyone else has had similar. I put my last payment into my ISA on 1st April however it stated as being deposited on 7th April. It left my account on 1st April at 8:52, all other payments have been made on the same day and 1st April was a Wednesday and not a public holiday of any…

Vanquis internal ISA transfer
Anyone managed to "upgrade" their easy access ISA internally with Vanquis, presumably by opening a new issue and have the funds of the old issue transferred into it internally and have the old issue closed? I see a transfer form with drop-downs from other banks along the new issue opening steps, but nothing for an internal…

Trading 212 Annual Bonus
Hi, I am currently having a debate with T212 as I was expecting an annual bonus. Their AER is 3.6% and as a new customer I was expecting the additional bonus which took the overall to just over 4%. Having contacted them they said it was for new customers, which I am a new customer and that I'd had the account for 2 years…

Tescobank ISA disappeared from app
If you have a Tescobank ISA and it is no longer showing in the app, don't panic. It is a known issue which they are working to fix. You can still access it via online banking.

Can one bag two different Trading212 offers?
Is it possible to take advantage of the MSE promotional rate for a Trading212 flexible cash ISA and also open a Trading212 Stocks & Shares ISA to claim the "free" £50 shares offer, or does one preclude the other (is each a "newbie" offer?)? Thanks, Isaiah

As this will be the last year I can put full the full £20 K into cash ISA's, I am considering this… I normally drip feed into a S&S ISA monthly about £250, plus a few adhoc buys, leaving me £15K to put into Cash. However , this year I am considering drip feeding outside of the ISA wrapper and using up my full £20K…

Last minute ISA deposit
Asking for a friend I'm helping out. Are there any providers that are quick and easy to deposit into this late stage? Doesn't matter if it's cash or stocks and shares. They've finally understood the concept of use it or lose it and so now want to deposit anywhere! Most we've tried had a cut off earlier than today but if…

Cash ISA help - transferring money from Halifax ISA to BOS ISA
In April 2025 my husband opened a new fixed cash ISA with Bank of Scotland as it had a good rate (I think it was either 4.5% or 5./5%) and the plan was to put £18k in there. The reason we wanted another cash ISA was a) as the money needed to be kept separate b) to benefit from the good interest rate. By mistake though he…
