Tescobank ISA disappeared from app

If you have a Tescobank ISA and it is no longer showing in the app, don't panic. It is a known issue which they are working to fix. You can still access it via online banking.

I can see my Tesco ISA via online banking only (not currently visible in the App). Tried a few times today to make a deposit to Tesco ISA via online banking (transfer from Tesco Internet Saver), but receive an error message each time I try. Also, via Internet Banking, it specifies a ‘random’ remaining value available to deposit until 5th April 2027, but the value is incorrect, as I have not yet been able to deposit to the account today (the figure is not the remaining value for 2025/26)

Tesco ISA now visible in the Tesco Banking App & all working as normal 👍️

Had a bit of a panic this morning when it had disappeared from the app but suspected a glitch and checked web based banking and it was there although showing wrong annual subscription allowance which corrected this afternoon. Moved all my end of year "use it or lose it" transfers back to their correct accounts / banks so now showing as £36K available to deposit this year 😁
