Shawbrook to HSBC Cash ISA Transfer

Shawbrook Bank is not in the list of providers supported by HSBC for electronic ISA transfers.
So, I have to complete a paper form and send to HSBC by post.
Anyone has experience of doing this and knows how much time it will roughly take to transfer a Cash ISA from Shawbrook to HSBC?

Does HSBC post you the ISA transfer request form to you? If so, how long will this take or can I complete the pdf form that is on their website and post that back instead?
