I bought a 64gb flash drive. When I plug it in it shows as having 57.6gb free of 57.6gb. Why is this and where is the other six and a bit gb?!

I'm still on Win 10, on both my main laptop at home, and one I use for business. Both have the same login details, and as I'm now retired don't use the 'business' one.
