Facebook Suspended

Hi my FB has been suspended, I have reported it to appeals@fb.com but not sure if they even received it. It says its because my Instagram account doesn't follow their rules but the name they have given isn't my account and my account is still working, they also said an email address that isn't mine has been added to my account. 
 I  did change my password when it was still active after I got the message of the new email being added but now have no idea if that worked or not. it also said it had been looged into from the Netherlands I am in the UK.

I have no idea what to do, any ideas please?

I had an email from Facebook it's not a scam there was no link.
 I have emailed appeals@fb.com but don't know if they have it. When I try to log in it say account suspended you have 178 days left to appeal but apart from sending them the email I have no idea what to do.....It does say log into your linked Instagram account to appeal but I'm not good on that and can't see how to.

Still suspended and going around in circles, can anyone help/advise me please?
It's messenger i am missing, as I can't contact people...........
