I keep getting adverts for claiming money back from very, shop direct and littlewoods. Is this similar to ppi? I don't want to use a claims company but I'm interested to know if is legitimate and something I can do myself. Grateful if anyone has any insight?

Help with R40 form
I’ve recently received a ppi payment and would like to claim back the tax that was deducted. I filled out the R40 form and completed section 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 but the form got sent back to me. Could someone please let me know what sections I’m supposed to be filling in, thanks.
