Could anyone experiencing significant ongoing issues with PEN Underwriting send me a PM. I have a claim which continues to drag on for no apparent reason, despite liability having been accepted and the Ombudsman upholding a complaint. I am currently briefing litigation specialists.

Are you a policyholder or third party? Guessing their insured given you mention the ombudsman but then its unclear why you mention liability given its irrelevant for your insured loss claim against your policy. 

Pen a just a reasonably sized coverholder; seem to switch their capacity providers fairly often but some MGAs do.
