Hi. I recently submitted a complaint to Clydesdale Bank Plc regarding a credit card I had dating from early 1997. The complaint was declined, and I subsequently complained to the Financial Ombudsman. My dad used a CMC to help him reclaim some mis-sold PPI, he unfortunately passed away last year and since this point I have been dealing with the bank directly over his claim. Does anyone know if I would still have to pay the CMC their 39% fee, as my dad agreed to use this company even though he has now passed away.
