Old hfc bank account

My husband had an hfc account for year's borrowing money paying it back with interest can he still claim as the bank ceased trading years ago no idea how to even get his account number can anyone help please.

You cannot "claim" back interest charges, that is the nature of borrowing money, you pay interest to the lender. If you want to complain about some aspect of the loan (such as a PPI policy) you need to establish there was one in place first
