Credit card/ oans/mgt reclaims

Hi,

I have had a number of credit cards, loans and mgt providers over the years but unsure of how I go back from 1999. I found that the reports didn't show everything.

Kind regards,
Sam.

 is this a statement or a question?

What are you hoping to do? What information do you need?

You can send £10 and do a DSAR (request for all data bank hold on you) - if your records are gone and theirs are gone you would be at an end. If they say you have no PPI policy how do you believe you do? High charges are not PPI, a yearly charge is not PPI. Do you have any proof you had coversafe?

Do note also if you didn't pay back everything you owed (e.g. defaulted and owned money) any PPI refund could be used against that debt

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
