Lakeland compressor ice cream maker
Just bought this. Very disappointed with the first recipe I made, from the booklet but with the addition of fruit. The condensed milk no beating recipe I previously made was much creamier and more delicious. Does anyone have one and is pleased with the results? If I can’t do better than this it’s going back!

What to make with two avocados
I've been given 2 avocados and need some inspiration please. I was going to mash them up and add them to some oats, sultanas and an egg (then stick the mixture on a tray and bake in the oven ---------> think flapjack). Anyone else got a better idea (sweet or savoury)?
