Smell in Shower
Recently when showering have noticed a fishy smell after water running. Tried cleaning the shower drain and shower enclosure but its still there. It does go off next day before showering again. I think now that it is coming from behind the electrical shower unit? Any thoughts ideas or have you had the same. Thanks M99

Thinking of buying this house. Previous owners installed a new kitchen just before selling to current owner, who has done mainly short-term lets with it, so I don't think there's ever been a washing machine in there. Listing and current owner say there is space and plumbing at the back under the counter, but surely one…

Shed size 7x3ft or 5x4ft?
Hi, im getting a new shed and in the available gap (which is an odd/irregular shape) the biggest I can fit is a 7x3ft or a 5x4 (length vs width). Would anyone have any recommendations as to which one is most useful?7x3 is obviously slightly larger but also narrower. 6x4 won’t work in the space sadly. I’m looking at apex…

Laminate Flooring advice and opinions
I recently had some laminate flooring fitted by a professional. I'm not happy with the beading. I've attached photos. Some of the staples are visible some are sticking out. Electric Radiators vs Gas Central Heating?
I’m in the process of buying a renovation project and the house currently doesn’t have central heating or even gas to the property. Currently at my house the driveway is made up of concrete that has a very thin layer of tarmac on top, it is literally 3cm at most, which is cracking and making the drive look untidy. When does conditioner get added to a wash cycle?
Is it at the very end, just before the final drain and spin, or does a rinse follow it to wash most away and just leave what's clinging to the fibres?I ask 'cos our Bosch Serie 6 - which has auto-dispense - never leaves the wash smelling all that great. It's clean, but doesn't smell of 'conditioner'. The auto-dispense is…
