Full refund not given on a cancelled flight
Hi, One of my flight on a multiple flight trip got cancelled and I requested a full refund of trip which I believe I'm entitled to. Travelup has came back with a refund minus charge of £50 admin fee and 2% card processing fee. Is that normal practice? Should I get a full refund without any charges?
