Cash Passport Raphael Bank - Can't Reload Currency

I have a multi-currency cash passport issued a couple of years ago. Last used May 2019. I checked the balance today, noticed they have started charging for inactivity. Tried to reload some Euros, got error message "try later". PS card issued by R Raphael . Aha : just discovered that they went bust in 2019. It will be interesting to see if I can access my funds !!
