British Airways Vouchers - Did you get a choice?

When your BA flight was cancelled, did they offer you a Choice of voucher or refund? I am absolutely certain they didn't offer a choice and now they say they can't/won't exchange the voucher for cash, which they say was my choice. I am livid that they are lying to me. Is anyone else struggling with this and if so is there anything legal I can use to challenge them and get my refund?

I experienced the same thing. I have just submitted a complaint through their website, citing https://travelingformiles.com/how-to-force-the-british-airways-website-to-offer-a-refund/) and https://www.godsavethepoints.com/british-airways-deceives-passengers-about-refund-rights/ as examples of their deliberate deception of customers. It's outrageous.
I don't think that I actually confirmed any T&C's when applying for what I thought was a refund. The screenshot on the first link seems to only show that you filled in personal details and then your booking reference.
I agree, I'm absolutely furious with them. I'm going to see where this complaint process takes me but I am definitely going to small claims if they try and fob me off and blame me (they've got £2k of my cash).0 -
to get a refund you need to phone them, When you fill in the form online it CLEARLY says that you are applying for a future travel voucher
