Hi, My parents flew yesterday on a Thomas cook flight from Turkey back to Birmingham. The flight was 6 hours delayed. Initially they were told that the plane was delayed coming in from the UK. They then got a letter stating that there was a "technical fault" My question is - Can they still claim compensation?
