Unfortunate Experience with Ryanair: Seeking Advice on an Unresolved Complaint
We all know that air travel can sometimes be fraught with challenges and unexpected hurdles. Most of us, however, have certain expectations when it comes to the professionalism and efficiency of airlines, especially those as widely known as Ryanair. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Ryanair on September 8th, 2022,…

Any definition of 'intolerable sacrifice'?
I'm mid review with ADR on a cancelled EJ flight. In short, a flight was delayed, meaning that the subsequent flight would of been grounded until the following day at the destination due to a night curfew. EJ are claiming that this means the following day's schedule is disrupted, resulting in 'intolerable sacrifice'.…

Contacting Wizz Air
Does anyone know a way to contact Wizz Air to make a claim without logging in to their online account? My account needs a password reset but they have a technical problem with this and the only way you can change your password is to contact their call centre - which costs money! You can't email them - I have gone onto…

JFK - LGW cancellation and related issues
Just had a nice holiday in New York. My 20:05 flight was first delayed because of a technical fault and then we were told it was cancelled at around 00:30. There were hundreds of stranded people and we could have waited hours for help from staff who were rightly prioritising families with children etc. They also said they…

No response from ADR after months
Hello I submitted a claim to ADR for Ryanair cancellation in Oct/Nov 2022. Both sides submitted their claims/defence by Feb 2023. In May 2023 I was asked by ADR to resubmit my expenses, which I did. It's then just sat with them since then. The status says "Expense claims received with ADR for final determination". How long…

BA/American Airlines
Hi, I’m after some advice, please. Does anyone know is if it’s worth pursuing a claim for a 3 hour 40 minute delayed flight from the USA to UK in May of this year? The flight was booked through BA, but operated by AA, and AA insist that I am not entitled to compensation as the flight was from the USA and not covered but…

BA REFUSES
We booked flights with BA via Travel Republic back in 2020. During that awful time BA pulled out of Manchester so they said we would have to fly from Gatwick. This flight too was cancelled and BA now told Travel Republic we will have to use Heathrow, this is of no use to us so BA offered vouchers through Travel Republic.…
