I'm trying to send my completed BA online claim form but after three attempts over a couple of hours, the form still won't send, it sayd 'Sending your case' but it never gets sent. Any advice please?

I tried from the phone this morning but still no go - when I went to upload a receipt pic I got 'not enough memory' message. But the pic was only in kb whereas their limit is 5mb. So frustrated with BA. A cynic would say it's deliberate policy..

There's an issue with the form where it won't submit if the name of the files contain certain characters. You can try submitting without the image and adding it again later, or changing the filename to something more generic.
